Here’s how we do it

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

We need some sub-committees to take on specific elements of the event.

WHO ARE THE GUESTS?

To start with – our own singers. The smart thing to do is to invite family and friends and ask them, since this is fundraiser, to pay for their tickets. Be gentle and bold.

Get together with a group of your own friends and buy out a table. (That’s 8 times the per/person cost).

Encourage folks to dress to the table theme.

Plenty of onsite parking, with extra street parking nearby.

CROWDFUNDING!

We plan to make it easy for everyone to participate in crowdfunding with singer sponsorships, program ads, and program messages. You choose. This is a great way to raise money for your own ticket to the gala! Raise at least $125 – and you’re in!

VOLUNTEERS

There will be a host of  volunteer jobs available to make the event run smoothly. Let us know if you would like to help – especially doing set-up on the night before; and in the 30 minutes before we open at 6pm on Saturday.

SELL TICKETS

TICKETS are priced according to four tiers of the Hollywood Elite. All tables will seat 8 persons. PRODUCERS: Tickets $300. (Two tables.)
Free drinks all evening. Quality party gifts. 

WRITERS: Tickets $225. (Two tables.) 
Free drinks tickets. Party gifts.

DIRECTORS: Tickets at $175. (Two tables.) 
2 extra drinks tickets each. Party favors.

STARS: Tickets at $125. (9 or 10 tables. )
2 drinks tickets each. Party favors.

The Stars tables will sell out fast, so we encourage guests to do some social climbing and try for the next level up. It’s a fundraiser!

THE MENU

Your organizing committee will soon be sorting through a mind-blowing array of menu options.Passed hors d’oeuvre; buffet main meal; desserts.

BAR OPEN ALL EVENING:

ENTERTAINMENT

The choir will sing. We invite solos, instrumental groups, singing groups, funny acts, strand-up comedy, juggling – you name it. If you and your friends can do it – let us know.

LIVE AUCTION
We are still asking for worthwhile auction items.
DANCING
Until 10pm, when we finally shut up shop and wend our way home.
